In case a customer wishes to cancel/Upgrade the purchased subscription plan, following are the terms for refund. Tax paid to Govt is non-refundable in all cases.

1.If the cancellation request is received within 30 days from subscription date 75% money will be refunded.

2.If the cancellation request is received after 30 days and within 90 days of subscription date 50% money will be refunded

3.No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received after 90 days from the subscription date.

4.In case of upgradation for higher priced plan, consumed per month subscription price ( without tax) 

After the receipt of cancellation/upgrade request from the customer, and once the refund is approved as per the above-mentioned criteria, amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the account/ payment method used at the time of subscription.
